The subject property is located just off I-95 and Rt. 133, consists of an 83,000 SF Industrial building on 14.6 acres with a clear height of 13’-29.’ David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine, and Danny Cruz of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer, Carleton Drive Property Owner, LLC, while Anthony Triglione and Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented the seller, B&R Realty Trust of Georgetown, in the sale.
