Family owned and operated with deep business roots in the Boston community since the 1960s, we have built lasting relationships that have sustained us with repeat business and referrals from very satisfied customers.

Our experienced agents take an aggressive and persistent approach to representing owners and tenants alike. A culture of performance based on integrity and honest business dealings have propelled us to be regularly ranked among the top metro Boston commercial real estate brokerage firms. In addition to serving local and corporate tenants, property owners and investors throughout Massachusetts, we also represent clients in Southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We successfully compete against the national firms that have a local presence.

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International was formed in 1987 by the late Robert D. Stubblebine and its current President David Stubblebine. In late 1966, Robert Stubblebine began his real estate career at Whittier Partners in Boston, after receiving a Master in Business Administration from Cornell University. He also co-founded the Real Estate Cooperative in 1978 and during 12 of his 29 years in real estate, he was an equity partner that developed high-tech manufacturing and warehouse properties in Boston and neighboring communities. Robert was a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
