Jump start your career in Commercial Real Estate with The Stubblebine Company Internship. This is a 8-week corporate sponsored program in which rising college juniors and seniors work directly with established, successful brokers to prepare for a career in commercial real estate. This unique opportunity will be a blend of education, training, and mentorship where interns will be in-office for the day-to-day CRE broker experience, while also having the chance to attend workshops, coaching events, private sales training, and network with senior brokers.

The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join our brokerage team. This role is ideal for experienced commercial real estate brokers as well as ambitious individuals looking to launch a career in the industry. Working alongside senior brokers and company leadership, you will develop expertise in investment sales, leasing, market analysis, and business development while building your own client base.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking and outbound outreach.
  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate sales and lease agreements.
  • Analyze market trends and comparable transactions to advise clients.
  • Maintain relationships and business activity through the firm’s CRM and technology platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
