Following alongside during their prospecting/deal process - going on tours, calling potential clients, drafting proposals etc.
I liked how each day felt a little different, and there was always something to do.
My favorite part of the internship was how we were treated like actual brokers. I felt that this was the best way to gain actual experiencing in the industry, and I don't think anyone else is getting the same experience we got. But my favorite experience was definitely giving tours. I thought it was great creating realtionships with clients and just getting experience actually showing a property.
