Woburn, MA – October 2026 – The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the $4,100,000 sale of 10 Ryan Road in Woburn, Massachusetts.
James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer, Catalyst IOS, in the acquisition. The property was sold by Ten Ryan Road, LLC. The transaction was structured as a sale-leaseback, with International Stone continuing to occupy and operate from the property under a lease.
The transaction provides Catalyst IOS with a well-located industrial asset in the Greater Boston market while allowing International Stone to continue operations from its established Woburn facility.
