Tom has branded success in Global Real Estate Investments and has been an industry leader in acquisition and disposition of income producing commercial property on a global scale for REIT’s, Private Equity Firms and local investor pools with over 460 million in completed complex deal structuring.
Thomas has a proven track record of success in driving top line growth via real estate decisions, lease negotiations and calculated brand distribution execution in the national retail tenant landscape. Thomas has also acted as an industry leader in Lease Administration and as a primary real estate stakeholder for several of the world’s largest telecommunications providers including Verizon and T-Mobile.
Prior to joining The Stubblebine Company, Tom built a retail real estate site selection firm, Locate Ai New England which he sold in 2025 and has previously held executive positions with private equity groups, national retailers and with the global real estate brokerage firm; Cushman and Wakefield. Tom is a Graduate of Suffolk University’ School of Business, attended Suffolk University law school and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in all five (5) New England states.
