The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and personal interaction and an interest in the potential to earn a very high level of income directly based on their achievements. The job involves selling and leasing flex, industrial, and investment properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout New England. Your knowledge of the market, excellent customer service skills, and ability to negotiate deals will be essential in this role. This is a 100% commission-based role. Range: $50,000-$500,000.

Initially, the new broker will work directly with Stubblebine Founders/Principals and other Senior Brokers on selling and leasing transactions and other initiatives, and will gain in-depth market experience in property valuations, sales, and lease comparable, and industry trends. Ultimately, new brokers will use tools, leads, and resources provided to develop their own clients and deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating new corporate tenants and buyer clients.
  • Showing properties, preparing proposals, and negotiating transactions
  • Point person for corporate, and non-corporate, clients regarding sale and/or lease of client assets
  • Maintaining positive relationships with TSC team and clients to ensure high level of satisfaction.
  • Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners.
  • Maintain detailed records of activity on Stubblebine’s proprietary CRM system
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to all business clients, as required.
  • Participate in presentations and preparation of proposals for existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
