David Skinner joined the Stubblebine Company in 2017, and since then he has successfully represented a variety of industrial property owners and tenants in every New England State. While his professional competency covers a wide area, David’s focus is building relationships with Industrial Owners and Tenants within Boston’s urban industrial areas. That being said, David has worked on and completed transactions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. David received the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award for industrial leasing in both 2020 and 2021 based on his exceptional performance within the Greater Boston Marketplace. Since 2017, David has been directly involved in $150,000,000 of sales and $55,000,000 of aggregate lease volume.

David was part of the inaugural class of Bethlehem College & Seminary where he earned a degree in Biblical and Theological Studies prior to making his foray into the business world by selling pallets throughout the upper Midwest.  He eventually returned to his New England roots and loves to explore the region in between his power lifting training sessions.  He really doesn’t know why it’s referred to as the “dead” lift, because it makes you feel so alive. Also, he plays cello and excels at writing in the third person.
