Internship Description

Jump start your career in Commercial Real Estate with The Stubblebine Company Internship. This is an 8-week corporate sponsored program in which rising college seniors work directly with established, successful brokers to prepare for a career in commercial real estate. This unique opportunity will be a blend of education, training, and mentorship where interns will be in-office for the day-to-day CRE broker experience, while also having the chance to attend workshops, coaching events, private sales training, and network with senior brokers.

During the program, interns will be involved in various professional activities and training events including:

• Interacting with senior brokers and management
• Participating in office and team-specific projects
• Mentorship from brokers to explore the fundamentals of commercial real estate.
• Coaching events with top executives in the industry
• Private sales training every morning.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sales preferred, but not required, to maximize training experience.
• Competitive nature
• A passion for sales and interacting with people and an interest in real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
